두 개의 방과 주방 욕실 작지만 편리하게 디자인되었고 무엇보다깨끗합니다 친구와 가족과 와도 따로 지낼수 있으니 족립적입니다 해운대 해변과는 거리가 있지만 도보로 산책할 수있는 거리입니다 . 에어컨도 방마다 있어 아주 좋습니다
가족끼리 왔을때 매번 외식이 어려울때 작은 밥솥이라도 있으면 좋을듯 싶습니다 며칠 머무를시 햇반은 네식구면 좀 부담스러울 수 있습니다 장기간 거주시 냉장고가 조금 작습니다 단기 여행에 추천합니다

해운대, 광안리 접근성이 좋고 조용한 동네에 위치해 있습니다.
아담하지만 필요한 시설은 다 있습니다.
청결하고 냉난방시설이 완벽합니다. 온수도 잘 나오며, 작은세탁기도 있습니다.
주변에 편의점, 아이스크림할인점, 과일가게 등이 있어서 좋습니다.
이용객 전용 주차장이 준비되어 있어서 주차문제 해결됩니다.
숙박하는데 큰 문제는 없습니다만, 중문(중간문)이 좀 빡빡해서 아이들이나 여성분은 열고닫기 어려울수도 있을 것 같습니다.
운영자님께서 조금만 손보시면 금방 해결이 가능할 것이고
휴대폰 충전기가 있으면 좋을것 같아요.

Schöne helle Unterkunft in einem lebendigen Viertel. Eine echte Überraschung. Würde ich weiter empfehlen. Kommunikation 100%. 5⭐️+ dafür. Der erste Eindruck von außen war zwiespältig. Hat allerdings getäuscht. Ein tolles lebendiges Viertel. Ein bisschen Fußmarsch zum Strand .. aber gut.
Es war etwas laut von der Wohnung darüber. Da kann ja aber der Gastgeber nichts für.
