Chambre très propre, literie confortable
Lors du check-out, on m’a informé que je devais payer pour le early check-in de la veille. Je n’ai à aucun moment été informée de ce coût supplémentaire. La chambre était tout simplement prête quand je suis arrivée, je n’ai pas fait de demande spécifique. Quand j’ai signalé que ce n’était pas correct de me le dire au moment du départ, la dame de la réception me dit qu’elle a essayé de frapper 3 fois à ma porte la veille à 17h (j’étais arrivée vers 10h) et que je n’étais pas là. Cette même dame était présente lors de mon check-in et n’a rien dit à ce moment là. Elle m’informe que le prix du early check-in est de 100k IDR, comme par hasard le montant de la caution donnée la veille pour la chambre, qu’elle a donc gardée. Je ne trouve pas ça honnête du tout, d’autant plus que sur une chambre à 300k IDR la nuit, cela fait 1/3 du prix ! Et cette information n’est indiquée nulle part sur Booking donc faites attention si vous arrivez avant 14h.
