Perfect little house with great views of the river Bure.

The house was very cleaned and well maintained. The patio doors onto the decking were perfect for the scenery of the river. Beds were very clean and extremely comfortable, best sleep I have had in a long time.

A nice place to stay and enjoy the Norfolk Broads facilities and local wildlife.

We liked its location aside the river Bure, the other friendly residents who were mainly into fishing, and the local amenities including the Hotel Wroxham who provide excellent meals and the fantastic 'Roys of Wroxham' store. plus the wonderful wildlife such as the swans. It is a good central location for visiting Norwich and Cromer.

The bathroom wall heater only functioned for 2 minutes and then would switch to cold air which made for a cold uncomfortable shower. As an electrical engineer I would suggest the heater requires a thorough clean out of accumulated dust in the first instance and maybe setting the internal switch from level 2 to level 1, as in a small room level 2 will heat up the room too quickly and cause the internal thermostat to cut out. A good clean out of dust will improve air flow and probably make the heater function as designed. Use a qualified electrician if you are not sure what you are doing. We found the double bed just too small, so didn't sleep as well as expected- so slowly got more tired each day. For this reason we returned home early Thursday morning instead of the Friday. We couldn't get the wall heater in the living room to work, ( even after reading the provided literature) but the fireplace heater was enough to keep the room warm enough

Toilet brush in bathroom was filthy it made me sick when I went to use it.it needs throwing away. Stain on duvet. Sofa

Lovely place to stay and well looked after.

Lovely location. Clean and tidy property. Well equipped. Highly recommended.

Only thing I would have preferred was there to have been mattress and pillow protectors on beds.

Lovely central cottage

It is in a great location with fantastic views of the broads.There was just the two of us so there was lots of space but it would have been ok even if there were four.lt is in the centre of Wroxam just a few minutes walk to the pubs and restaurants.
