Nice, clean and friendly very helpful employees
Up on arrival, no welcome drinking water or a soft in the room on arrival. No toiletries in the bathroom with only one towel.

Adored the spaciousness of the 3rd floor apartment, and the clean, private bathroom. Though it’s rare to see other guests, when you do the apartment has a bit of an older hostel vibe, so there is some camaraderie among the travels which is nice. Staff members Helen & Ahmed consistently went out of their way to be kind, even when other guests were demanding jerks which says a lot:) I will miss the place!
Mattresses could be plusher.
