- impeccablement propre
- assez bon emplacement
- les instructions sont peu claires, e.g., on est supposé remplir un doc à l'accueil mais où est l'accueil ? En bas avec le gardien ? Il n'est pas au courant et il nous envoie au 5ème étage (2x) alors que c'est au 10ème (>> précisez l'étage même si le.n° est 1014)
- assez bouillant la nuit
- le canapé lit était peu/pas confortable
- impossible de régler la température de l'eau de la douche

Super bem localizado; Ao lado do shopping, praia de Botafogo e pertinho do metrô. Já morei no RJ e estar em uma localização próxima ao metrô facilita a vida pois se evita pegar trânsito andando de uber e tem mais tempo para aproveitar a viagem. O apartamento é como mostra as fotos: novinho, roupa de cama muito boa, chuveiro bom, ar condicionado novinho e local silencioso. Ótimo custo-benefício. Voltaremos com certeza.
