The place is absolutely beautiful. Loved the layout.
The customer service was horrendous. I sent messages that there was no propane, the ice maker did not work, the sink did not work near the grill so the ice maker didn't work. The bedroom shower upstairs had no water pressure. The bedroom sink drain upstairs leaks. The sink in downstairs bedroom had no hot water. You should never show emmenities in photos if they do not work. And to top it all off, we got no response from the management services....we were completely ignored! They only reached out very early when they wanted us to check out. We felt rushed like cattle to quickly check the next guest in and do it all over again. Very disappointed!
