Casa Bambú, apartment in the best part of Playa del Carmen

The apartment is about 10-15 min drive from Playa del Carmen in a gated residential area with buildings, parks, tennis court. The unit is on the ground floor and the parking space is just a few steps away which made it very easy to access, specially when we arrived with our bags. The space is large, confortable, equipped kitchen, laundry room with washer and overall very clean. We had one minor issue with the water pressure in the shower that was address by the owner promptly. Actually that is one of the huge highlights, the owners are responsive and solve issues very fast. Our QR code to enter the residential area (you need one for the guards to allow you in) had expired and the guards at the gate would not let us in. We contacted the host via whatsapp and in a couple of mins we had a new QR code and they had contacted the gate to allow us entry. For me this is a huge plus.

Es un conjunto demasiado tranquilo, en una zona muy tranquila, lejos del ruido de la fiesta de playa del Carmen. Super bien equipado el apartamento, dos habitaciones muy comodas, se siente mucha seguridad en el apartamento. Algo que nos gusto muchísimo fue que nos dejaron cosas para utilizar como sal, café, jabón de loza, salsa botanera, lo que hace muy agradable la estancia. La ubicación aunque es lejos del centro, como teníamos coche, nos quedaba muy central para ir a otros sitios como Cancún, Tulum, Chichenitza y el centro de playa del Carmen.
