La situation géographique, l'environnement, l'appartement est un peu petit mais il y a tout le nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour, le confort est suffisant, deux enfants max.
Le store extérieur de la terrasse légèrement vieillot, a entretenir d'urgence au risque de mauvaise surprise au prochain locataire....( Il demande a être refixer au mur plus solidement, ainsi que un entretien au articulation des bras, lubrifiant, dégrippant....) Manquerai peut être un peu de vaiselle type bro d'eau, plat qui entre dans le mini four ( très pratique au passage, bravo )

Très bon accueil agence location, logement rez-de-chaussée propre et fonctionnel. Tous commerces à proximité ; 3 minutes à pieds : 2 boulangeries, supérette, boucherie, pizzéria, snacking, laverie automatique, nombreux restaurants, etc... Très belle vue sur plage & mer. Accès quasi direct à plage ; seulement une toute petite rue à traverser depuis votre terrasse ! Donc excellent rapport qualité-prix.
Tout est bien.
