The space was large, tidy, and what I got for the price was fantastic. The property owner was very responsive, and Iappreciated that. However, for international travelers, make sure you request your check-in instructions via email and not via text. Otherwise, you may not get them due to being out of country. It was a great stay for my trip, I would book again.
You have to walk from the Linz/Danau Landgutstraße bim and bus stop to the house, which is 3/4 of a Kilometer. Normally, that's not a problem, but if you're traveling far with luggage, it can be a problem. Someone older or less fit might have an issue. The space can have some road and tram noise, but I only noticed this in the afternoons. I think for both of these reasons, the accommodations have been priced accordingly, which makes this space a good value and properly priced.

lage war ja vorher bekannt und ok :-)
leider nur 3 kleine handtücher :-( für heißes wasser und kaffee mußte man immer die kabel wechseln. "entweder oder", hmm altes haus, der geruch in der wohnung "muffig" keine zufahrt zur wohnung mit dem auto. sollte in der beschreibung angegeben werden!
