Cisza i stosunkowo niedaleko od centrum. Czysto. Cały budynek wydaje się być zamieszkały przez niewielką ilość osób. Bardzo duży balkon.
Brak moskitier . Fajnie gdyby była klimatyzacja ze względu na bardzo duże okna . Właściciel wyposażył mieszkanie w dwa wentylatory ale obawiam się że przy większych temperaturach przebywanie w nim byłoby średnio komfortowe.
