Was easily accessible and the staff (Eric) was ever available…
Water would sometimes disappear, eric said it was kids who usually play alongside the taps so they end up playing with the water valves which in return turns the water off

The room was very clean & specious worth the amount.

Eric and Brian were really caring and responsive and made us feel safe and welcome in the apartment complex.The apartment itself also has most things you need and is spacious for 2 people.
The apartment itself is a bit outside of Kitale, so there is little around (you can watch football though in the adjacent stadium). The bed was a bit too short for me (1.80m) to be comfortable and the moscito protection was broken in some places so we had to deal with some inside the bedroom. Last, some basic spices and oil would be nice for cooking.
