Samodzielne kawalerka wyodrębniona z domu mieszkalnego. Oddzielne wejście. Bardzo czysto. Wszystko starannie przygotowane. Bardzo miła Pani Właścicielka. Elastyczne godziny zameldowania, dobry kontakt. Możliwość użytkowania rowerów. Spore podwórko. Siatki w oknach. Bardzo cicha okolica. To jedyny lokal wynajmowany przez Panią. Dom położony w ustronnym miejscu. Ładna miejscowość.
Nie działał piekarnik.
Po przyjeździe czuć było zapach z syfonów odpływów.
