The accommodation was small but comfortable and close to the lovely beachside town of Southwold. Vanessa is a welcoming host who kindly put on some washing for me.

Was a very lovely location. Easy to find. Lovely property with all amenities and felt welcomed.

Very friendly host. Close proximity to Southwold. Clean.
TV was hard to view as it was propped up facing away from the bed.

Comfy bed and lovely bath. Having read the reviews and listing I knew exactly what to expect. This is a no frills 'one night only' no frills accommodation that absolutely serves its purpose if that's all you're looking for (which I was)
Although the bathroom is lovely as previous reviews have mentioned, it feels a little uncomfortable to have to walk through the owners living room to reach it.
