Apartment by the Sea in Golem 094

We really liked the location of the apartment. Alexandra was very responsive and always replied quickly to our messages. We also truly appreciated that we were met upon arrival despite our flight being significantly delayed.

Although the apartment is located in a new building, there were several issues that affected our stay. The bathroom door did not close properly and made a very loud noise whenever we tried to shut it. The bedroom door had the same problem. The sofa was uneven and uncomfortable to sleep on. Since we stayed for 10 nights, it became quite challenging, and we often woke up with back pain. Unfortunately, the balcony overlooked a large garbage area, which significantly spoiled the overall impression. In addition, there was frequent noise from renovation work in neighboring apartments, which was sometimes quite disturbing. The kitchen was also missing some basic items needed for a comfortable stay, such as a proper knife, a cutting board, and mixing bowls. We also experienced an issue with the entrance door, which we accidentally damaged after two kicks while trying to get inside. We fully accepted responsibility for the damage. However, we were surprised that we were charged for a complete replacement of the entire door, including the frame, even though the damage was limited to the inner MDF door panel. In our opinion, repairing or replacing only the damaged panel would have been a more reasonable and proportionate solution.

We stayed for two nights this weekend and overall had a nice experience. The location was fantastic—super convenient and just what we hoped for. The apartment itself was very clean and modern, which we appreciated, and the personnel were responsive and friendly.

As a new property, it felt a bit unfinished and unequipped, especially if you’re planning a longer stay. For instance, the bed isn’t comfortable and makes noise every time you roll over, there were no nightstands, and the kitchen was pretty bare-bones—no coffee maker, no soap, etc. It’s definitely a nice place for a short stay, but it needs a few extra touches to make it truly cozy and convenient if we were to consider a longer visit next time.

Apartament w nowym budownictwie, czysto wygodnie, blisko na plaże do restauracji na promenadę i marketów. Bardzo miły i pomocny personel, pani Aleksandra profesjonalnie podeszła do rezerwacji.

Mały minus za kiepskiej jakość sztuce, apartament wydaje się mniejszy niż 60m ale nie wpływa na ocenę końcowa 😉
