Cozy clean modern apartment next to Balangan beach

Lovely, modern, well designed two story villa. Everything is brand new and clean. You will feel like home from the moment you arrive. Well equipped kitchen, nice spacious bathroom. Great lightning and outside area. Overall a really good deal for Uluwatu area. They could probably raise prices by 30-40% and it would still be worth it. It will take about 10-15 mins on scooter to get into the Uluwatu trouble. You have Balangan, one of Bali's most beautiful beaches 3 mins away. Staff is super nice and always super quick to help you. Quiet and nice surrounding to relax on your terrace or in the pool. We really loved it and would not hesitate to come again.

They could install a proper bathroom door for privacy. The current slide door leaves huge gaps to see through. Not very comfortable. A safe deposit box and a small TV would also be nice.

15-20 min to uluwatu and in the night one of roads closed, so takes longer, as well you should book car in advance, most drivers don’t come there

We had three one bedroom villas for a group of 6, they were spacious, beautifully decorated, very clean. Pool was great too. Loved yoga mats for my morning exercise.

AMAZING STAY

Brand new loft style stays! So beautiful!! By far my favorite place we stayed at during our time in Bali. The bed is so comfortable, the pool is clean and refreshing, and the staff are so kind! They offer room service from an AMAZING restaurant down the road! We frequented the restaurant during our stay. Also a short walk from the beach and in a quiet neighborhood. So peaceful but still close to town and shops. Highly recommend!!

This was an amazing villa, the space, layout and the interior design was class. It was a relaxing stay and the pool was lovely. The staff were really helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

It was far out from the main attractions but it was easy to use Grab and Gojek.

No complaints about the property, however, Local taxi’s causing issues when we ordered grabs. Not the hotels fault, just a problem when you’re trying to quickly sort transport for a busy trip, they decide to not let any taxi apart from them pick you up!

Ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt

Eine sehr ruhige Lage, sehr gut um sich zu erholen. 2 Restaurants in weniger als einer Minute zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Personal, war immer sehr gut gelaunt und man wurde stetig informiert, falls arbeiten (zb Garten arbeiten oder Reparaturen) anfielen. Kommunikation lief über WhatsApp, sehr sehr gut

Die Lage war ist etwas abgelegen, dennoch ist ein Grab schnell bestellt oder man mietet sich einen Roller.

Nosotros nos alojamos en el loft con dos habitaciones, contaba con todos los lujos necesarios (aire acondicionado, ventiladores, cocina etc), así como la decoración y los detalles eran perfectos, se notaba que habia estado decorado con gusto. La zona común también estaba muy bien, con una piscina y un jardin muy bien cuidado. El servicio tambien fue muy bueno, limpieza diaria de la habitación, seguridad 24h etc.

Aunque tuvimos algunos problemas con el wifi un par de dias, estuvieron siempre atentos e intentaron solucionarlo constantamente. El unico punto negativo que le veo es la ubicación, queda un poco lejos de uluwatu y tienes que cruzar un campo de golf. El resto todo okay.

Die Zimmer sind groß und schön, und das Personal ist hervorragend, sodass der Aufenthalt insgesamt rundum positiv war.

Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet und vor allem wirklich groß, sodass man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und jederzeit zur Stelle, wenn man Hilfe benötigt – der Service ist wirklich hervorragend. Besonders praktisch ist die Kooperation mit einem nahegelegenen Restaurant, das jederzeit Essen direkt ins Hotel liefert. So ist auch für das Frühstück bestens gesorgt, obwohl es im Hotel selbst keines gibt.

Wenn man überhaupt etwas kritisieren möchte, dann höchstens die Hellhörigkeit der Zimmer. Geräusche wie Hundegebell sind manchmal zu hören, was jedoch absolut kein großes Problem darstellt und den positiven Gesamteindruck in keiner Weise schmälert.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé la villa dans laquelle nous avons séjourné, à la fois spacieuse, calme, fonctionnelle et propre. Tout était parfait, aussi bien la communication avec le personnel qui répondait à nos questions et nous guidait au mieux, que la piscine ou encore la livraison de repas d'un restaurant a proximité. Nous reviendrons volontiers si nous faisons à nouveau une halte dans la région.

L'hôtel situé juste derrière notre chambre était un petit peu plus bruyant, ce qui pouvait être génant par moment (notamment lorsque de la musique était diffusée). Mais c'est un détail.

Geweldige plek om helemaal tot rust te komen

Het is een kleine oase van rust, hele nieuwe villa’s , leuk ingericht en volledige keuken

- als je geen scooter huurt is het dichtstbijzijnde strand 20 min lopen, de supermarkt en atm 15 - er is niet echt een deur tussen badkamer en woonkamer, meer een paneel.

Fräscht, avkopplande boende med personal som gör det lilla extra.

Rummen var fräscha med bra AC och fläkt, och det ingick dricksvatten. Poolen hade bra temperatur, området var lugnt och det fanns flera bra matställen i närheten. Extra plus för inga spindlar eller insekter, smidig scooter-uthyrning med hjälm och framför allt den fantastiskt vänliga och hjälpsamma personalen som ordnade sjukvård åt oss bland annat.

Det var lite längre till stranden än vi trodde, även om det gick att promenera eller ta scooter.

Fantastische loft om heerlijk een paar dagen te verblijven

Zoals de naam zegt: gloednieuwe lofts. En wat zien ze er fantastisch uit. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Ook het zwembad is heerlijk en de kussens erin zijn echt een enorme plus.

Dit is een momenteel een upcoming gebied, dus voor nu is er niet veel in de directe omgeving en wordt er gebouwd. Hier hebben wij overigens geen last van gehad. Een pré zou zijn geweest als er minstens water ter beschikking was voor een refill of te koop. Wij zijn voor ontbijt/lunch/diner uitgeweken naar het waanzinnige La Joya restaurant wat er tegenover ligt.

Besser geht es nicht! 🤩

Ein unglaublich tolles, neues Hotel, nur ein paar Minuten vom Balangan Beach entfernt - perfekt für Surfer! Wir haben zwei Wochen lang in der 2-Zimmer-Villa gewohnt und unser Aufenthalt war einfach nur PERFEKT. Das ganze Team ist so unglaublich lieb, der Security, der abends immer da war, ist auch so ein lieber Mensch. Der Garten ist wunderschön und die Zimmer sind mit allen wichtigen Sachen ausgestattet. Der Pool ist auch groß genug und die Idee mit den Floating-Beds ist toll. Es war das erste, aber nicht das letzte Mal - wir kommen wieder!!!! 🤩

Prachtige nieuwe locatie. Mooie inrichting, heerlijke bedden. De kitchenette is voorzien van alle apparatuur en voldoende borden/ glazen/ bestek. Fijn zwembad.

Het gebied is nog volop in ontwikkeling. Hierdoor bouwgeluiden overdag en 's avonds.
