Gostei da localização e cama confortável. Tem um cachorrinho na casa também, gostei disso.
Não tinha banheiro no quarto e pelo anúncio pensei que seria um flat. Ao chegar no local vi que era uma casa grande, com vários quartos. O banheiro fica fora do quarto e o banheiro próprio pra banho você precisa atravessar a casa, assim como a cozinha. Pra banheiro fica desconfortável.

Gostei da localização, da cama, do ar condicionado e da TV (têm canais fechados e filmes). Tem uma cozinha compartilhada completa. Tem também estacionamento interno.
A limpeza não estava das melhores. Lá é uma casa grande usada para locação dos quartos. O que fiquei o banheiro era compartilhado. Achei a casa um pouco bagunçada, com muitos móveis velhos. É o famoso custo-benefício.
