It was very clean and comfortable, and the location is fabulous, right in the coast path so you can walk from the front door, or hop on the bus which stops opposite the building and go to St David’s or Solva and walk back.

Warm, clean , comfortable, convenient for the coast path, responsive owners.
First impressions of the exterior The car park area was untidy and not at all welcoming. The front door and stairs up to the studio were dirty, we were at that point concerned about our choice.

Heating on so a warm welcome. Clean, plenty of room and the outside area a bonus hearing the sea!
A tall mirror for us ladies to see what we're wearing and next to a plug to dry hair would finish the place of perfectly.
