The accommodation is very reasonably priced and all in all great value. Wifi was good and the accommodation was as described.. The area around was quiet and i had no noise issues. Obviously for the price no luxuries but all good
The location is not great if you do not have your own transport. Three bts/ mrt stations within around 2km walk but if you know what walking is like in thailand there are often no paths. Probably easier walk to samrong but greatest distance at 2.4km. Then you have to contend with dogs especially at night. If happy to get a bike its 40 baht to bts. This is the only downside but if you get bike all sorted

Support by the Host/ Care-Taker. Location though a bit interior is very peaceful and accessible enough. Easy Access to most of the Industrial Areas and Markets, Food Courts etc... Many Indian Vegetarian Restaurants are within Easy Service Area. On the whole
The facility does not have Lift. A Micro-Wave Oven could help. A bit inconvenience especially from 4th Floor. Especially when you have heavy luggage. However, the Host/ Care-Taker arranged help with luggage while vacating.
