Signature Apartment - A0605

Waited for the room to get cleaned before I was able to acquire the keys. Seemed reasonable. No complaints.

Host seemed unfamiliar with the apartment complex procedures and the facility. Sheet change or room cleaning was an issue. The only time the room was cleaned, I had to specifically request linen change, which took two to three days after the day they cleaned the room. The changed dirty blanket was kept in the closet for my continued use. Take your own bug spray as the host would not assist with that. Be sure to purchase your own insect repellant. From arrival, I noticed the host wanting to "top up the internet." My data usage was monitored through out and was told that I'll need to purchase my own data subsequently. I guess that watching the television and using wifi for my phone was unacceptable to the host. Had to spend more time outside the apartment to avoid data usage, but they still ran out after a few days of the "top up." Had to request early check out at some point. Foreigners especially, don't expect any sort of follow up during your stay, visitation or assistance from the host. Good luck with any emergencies a the host would be unavailable from 10pm and the front desk may not have the capability to assist you. She would only show up to give the keys to the room at initial arrival and to collect her money. I found the host to be unprofessional except if she just had other engaging activities with less attention to being a host. On the other hand, Signature apartment staff were all incredible from the security team to the front desk and to the mini store personnels. The sky lounge was awesome as well as the gym and the facility was clean. Sit out, play ground and both outdoor pools were well kept and lovely. Recommend staying at the Signature Apartment, but avoid this particular management/ host or seek clarification regarding expectations before lodging.
