La ubicación es excelente. El apartamento es pequeño para 4 personas, aunque tiene un sofá cama muy cómodo. Terraza estupenda. Menaje de cocina correcto. El baño bastante bien, incluso me sorprendió una papelera automática, no lo había visto nunca y me he copiado para mi casa. La piscina espectacular con socorrista. El aparcamiento aunque estrecho genial, cosa que se agradece mucho en Chipiona.
Vecinos ruidosos y poco considerados, me despertaban arrastrando muebles o la televisión a gran volumen y charletas hasta altas horas de la noche.

La limpieza y la ubicación. Y la comunicación con el encargado.
Absténgase de ir si hay fin de semana motero. La fiesta de las motos ( en plan bestia) estaba en la misma puerta de la urbanización. Fue imposible dormir en las dos noches.
