Atour Hotel Xi'an North Railway Station Hongqichang Subway Station

Great hotel, very clean and comfortable. Would recommend.

Starting with the staff, they were amazing! Always kind and gracious and helpful. The room was lovely. We were on the 9th floor and could look out an observe all of the activity below. Food was always delicious. The beds are amazing. So comfortable. We would go to bed and be sound asleep within a minute. Would love to have one for home.

If we could have gotten the room a little cooler. We are used to having the bedroom at night around 17C. It is a non-smoking hotel but people had been smoking in the hallways.

Didn't have breakfast option during my 1-week stay at Atour Hong-Qi-Chang. They have a late eveningn snack which is simple but good for filling stomack if don't want to go out dine or order food. Laundry room for your washings. Ironing facilities (iron and board) are also available in the very room. Just off the metro station and 2 universities are just one metro stop away. One convevient store (7-11), 2 Chinese fast food restaurants, a tabac store all are located at the foot of the hotel building

Didn't have that stool shown in one of the photos that shown on booking.com site. But I am sure it is nothing major. And if I had asked for one I would've got one from the friendly staff at the hotel. No cafés or bars nearby for a quick swing by
