Lainas Sea View Lefkada

The location just outside Lefkada town is excellent and very close to the city, set in a beautiful and well-maintained environment along the main road leading to Lefkada. The surroundings of the villa are nicely arranged with plenty of green areas. Each unit has a private parking space next to it, although it can be a bit narrow to manoeuvre. The views from the terraces are stunning, overlooking Agios Ioannis beach, the bay, and Lefkada town. The terraces on both levels are a great feature, and in the evenings, it was especially pleasant and refreshing to sit outside. The interior is spacious and modern, with a living room, kitchen, and dining area on the upper level, and two bedrooms on the lower level accessed by fairly steep stairs. The accommodation was well equipped with everything we needed, including a fully functional kitchen, and each room had air conditioning, which worked perfectly.

Nothing major. Just a few small suggestions for improvement: communication could have been better, as our questions during the booking process were not answered. One of the bedrooms is quite small with limited space around the bed, and it would be helpful to have a bit more storage space for clothes.

Het huis (3 jaar oud) is een twee onder één kap met een mooi uitzicht op zee. Interieur is mooi afgewerkt. Twee terrassen, prima keuken, wasmachine, airco’s in iedere kamer mooie slaapkamers en heel fijn was, dat er bij alle ramen horren zijn geplaatst. Momenteel is er geen zwembad, maar in 2027 gaat deze gebouwd worden. Verder rustige ligging, ook al ligt het naast (wel een stuk hoger) de doorgaande weg. Vanaf het huis is alles makkelijk met de auto te bereiken. Auto kan je naast het huis parkeren.

Persoonlijk vond ik het bed iets te hard, maar dat is persoonlijk. Dat is wat je gewend bent.
