This hotel was in a great location close to restaurants and a block from the beach. The rooms were modern and clean. Matteo at the front desk was exceptional! Super friendly and very helpful with organizing tours, taxis and even laundry!

Es un lugar lindo para hospedarse en Holbox, lamentablemente el personal solamente tiene dos turnos y aún estando presentes, no resuelven nada 🤷🏻♀️
Estuvimos dos noches y en la primera se fue la luz, regresó en todos lados, menos en el hotel. No había a quien pedir apoyo, no había internet, no había nada! Solamente había un número de celular que encontramos en el escritorio de recepción... Y al marcar, nos colgaban la llamada. Envíamos WhatsApp y nos respondieron hasta el día siguiente. Considerar también que los baños de las habitaciones NO TIENEN PUERTA, SOLAMENTE UNA CORTINA! Es un lugar más para parejas que familias.
