Villa Lotus

Abbiamo soggiornato a Villa Lotus a Kamakura e l’appartamento ci ha sorpresi molto positivamente. È davvero completo di tutto il necessario, curato nei dettagli e perfetto anche per un soggiorno in famiglia. Gli spazi sono ampi, molto puliti e confortevoli. Abbiamo apprezzato la comodità degli ambienti, la presenza di tutto ciò che serve per sentirsi subito a proprio agio e la tranquillità della sistemazione.

My family spent a month holidaying in Japan and stayed in many places throughout Kanto and Kansai. Villa Lotus is everyone's clear favourite out of the properties we'd stayed at. It's spacious and comfortable and so thoughtfully prepared. We were able to cook there quite easily as the kitchen is very well equipped, and there were even a small selection of toys which my children loved (and the adults found helpful as a distraction for the children whilst we were busy). There were lots of thoughtful touches throughout the space (eg. kitchen cabinets have child locks, there are utensils and bowls for children, etc.). Through it all, we could really feel the famous Japanese spirit of 思いやり(omoiyari). Location was excellent - very quiet at night so you can get a good night's sleep, but also within easy walking distance to beautiful Shinto shrines, the main shopping street, supermarket, train station, places that serve fantastic coffee, etc. We booked 4 nights there and everyone agreed we could have easily stayed twice as long as the apartment was just so comfortable and there's so much to explore in Kamakura. Thank you Seiji san for the fantastic stay! My child still tells me "I want to go back to the first house!" (aka Villa Lotus). We'll definitely be back in Kamakura one day, and we'll be sure to book Villa Lotus again.

Can't think of anything bad. Maybe that they made it so comfortable it was difficult to leave?! Haha

Beautiful, spacious, well appointed apartment in a central, quiet area of Kamakura. Close to the station and main shopping area.
