location great right off the main beach beautiful sunsets. View from second floor balcony was outstanding! Would stay there again! Three bedrooms with full amenities very nice!
Slight sand on the floor throughout lower level when we first came in because it is right on the beach. But better vacuuming and mopping should occur.

The door to the king bed didn’t latch. That’s about it. Near perfect!

It is very close to the beach
It is an atv access to the beach and is hard to come and go from the rental. The rental is pretty run down.
