The location was perfect. Right next to Leicester Square Station, a couple of minutes walk to great food and entertainment. Communication with staff was easy and responsive. Place was clean. Having a washing machine was useful

Location is excellent in terms of access to attractions, restaurants, shows, underground, etc. The property is clean, well-equipped, and having a separate kitchen is a real plus, especially when the pull-out bed is being used in the living room.
The only real downside to the property relates to the noise in the living room. The room fronts onto a very busy street (intersection of Great Newport & Charing Cross), and is noisy throughout the day (and into the early morning hours). The windows do very little to block noise. Note this is only an issue in the front room, and mainly if you are using the pull-out sofa. The main bedroom is setback from the street and is actually very quiet when the doors are closed.

Great location right in the centre. Most attractions are in the walking distance. Very clean, all the appliances, easy to reach.
