It was in a very convenient position and once inside it was great, kerb appeal was low. It suited our purposes perfectly. Two families needing a central base with nearby parking, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.
It is a little bit tired, the locks on the bathroom doors were a bit temperamental or missing. Paintwork is looking a little unloved and some areas just needed a little deeper cleaning eg the pipes under the toilet sink which you do see. No bowl for the sink and no plug so washing up was tricky. No plug in the bathroom sink so shaving was tricky. But overall these weren’t massive problems and we really enjoyed our stay.

Good location. Plenty of space. Beds comfortable.
Very grubby. Could do with a decent clean. The widows are old and not noise proof at all. Very noisy as right by the station. Upstairs toilet cistern was running all the time. Kitchen was barely stocked with cutlery and everything looked grubby.
