De ligging in de duinen op 5 min loopafstand van de zee. Een van de eerste huisjes in dit gedeelte van Buren, stamt uit 1937 is hier en daar gemoderniseerd maar nog wel gedateerd maar wel schoon en ruim met 2 x 2 pers kamer en 1 x 4 pers kamer met stapelbedden allen op 1e verdieping. 1 Badkamer en toilet op begane grond.
1 badkamer is wat weinig bij volledige bezetting.
