Charmante maison très joliment décorée, raffinée, avec une très belle terrasse, dans un beau village. On voit l'abbatiale depuis la terrasse et on entend le Tarn tout près, c'est magnifique.
l'air chaud monte, donc le 2ème étage, où se situe la grande chambre avec terrasse, est aussi celui où il fait le plus chaud. Mais après un peu de courants d'air, la température redescend bien.

Style, charme, atypisme et propriétaire aussi prévenant qu'attentionné. Très bien situé dans le vieux Gaillac, place centrale accessible à pied en moins de dix minutes, parking gratuit à tout juste cent mètres.
Rien à proprement parler, juste une précision : le charme de l'ancien pourra déplaire aux amateurs de murs au cordeau et d'angles droits !

Les trois niveaux différents et très bien agencé La décoration Et la cerise sur le gâteau : la terrasse surplombant la ville avec une vue imprenable sur l’église
Éventuellement prévoir que les deux couchages deux personnes soient tous les deux au moins en 160 cm - il y a la place😌

Calme vis à vis de la rue. Proximité avec les centres d’intérêts (restaurants, monuments dans le vieux Gaillac). Logement rénové avec goût.
Isolation modérée entre les 2 chambres.
