This was a great surprise for us, one of those rare finds, you always expect something to be off especially in apartment rentals, not this time, the owner actually rented his own apartment where he is living, everything we needed was neatly stacked in the apartment. Just feels like a home much more than a hotel or an apartment rental, real cozy. We were met by the owner for check in and he gave all the instructions. he was also very responsive via WhatsApp. The apartment is in gated community with private parking and swimming pool, the neighbors seems to be all nice. Just minutes walk to the beach, 2 large supermarket, and the train station to all of cote d'azure. Great place to be if you want to hop on the train and go all over the beaches, all faculties are great, internet cooking faculties seating arrangements, TV, beds, sofas and more. We

Avis très satisfaisant ! Appartement vraiment très agréable, très bien équipé, comme à la maison. La terrasse est très agréable et l’appartement très bien agencé. Le propriétaire est très réactif et tout est en place pour passer un séjour agréable entre la piscine et la plage accessible par un chemin. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le Grand Frais pour toutes nos courses à proximité de l’appartement et le parking souterrain avec notre place réservée ! Nous étions 5 adultes, des parents avec leurs 3 grands enfants.

Appartment mit allem Komfort
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer sehr gepflegten und ruhigen Wohnanlage. Sie hat ein Wohn-/Esszimmer, ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, ein separates Zimmer mit einem Schlafsofa und einen großen Balkon. Für eine vierköpfige Familie ist sie ideal. In allen 3 Zimmern ist eine Klimaanlage. Die Wohnung gehört einem jungen Mann, der sie selber bewohnt wenn sie nicht vermietet ist. Daher ist die Wohnung vollständig eingerichtet, incl. Waschmaschine, Geschirrspülmaschine, Gefrierschrank, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Staubsauger, Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Wäscheständer, Putzmittel usw. sind vorhanden. Zur Wohnanlage gehört ein sehr schöner Pool, der nur von den Residenzbewohnern genutzt wird. Außerdem gibt es eine Tiefgarage. Die Lage ist ruhig und sehr praktisch. Nur etwa 300 m entfernt gibt es einen großen LIDL-Supermarkt. Auch mehrere Restaurants (incl. Fast Food Restaurants) sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen, ebenfalls der Bahnhof (ca. 500 m). Wer abends Flair mit Restaurants und Bars sucht, muss in die 1 km entfernte Hafenanlage laufen, da die direkte Umgebung hier wenig bietet.
Der zur Wohnung gehörende Tiefgaragen-Stellplatz ist relativ schmal. Unser Familien-Kombi hat jedoch reingepasst. Die Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Vermieter per E-Mail über Booking hat nicht funktioniert. Am besten klappt es über die angegebene Handy-Nr. z.B. per WhatsApp. Da die Wohnung privat bewohnt ist, war die Sauberkeit nicht auf dem Niveau einer professionell vermieteten Unterkunft.
