Camille is an excellent host, very attentive and helpful. The apartment in perfectly located near to the beach also close the the highway, yet the place is still quite quiet. Even though the building and the yard is a bit sketchy, the apartment is refurbished, smartly planned, relatively well equipped and perfectly clean. We had no problem with internet signal, free parking is available, there is an elevator if you don't feel like climbing the stairs, all in all we were happy with this choice.
Nothing really particular that the host would have any impact on. Ie the elevator broke down but it was fixed the same day (even on Saturday), the water pressure is low but still bearable, the outside parking area is filthy but at least it is for free.

Location by the sea (3 min walk), nice view, 24h shop nearby, bright studio, clean, good quality-price ratio (off season, under65E/night), near the highway.
- the block is a little bit creepy ( elevator, stairs, dirty hallway); old block basicly with questionable residents;
- water has litlle pressure (showers take longer :))), probably cause the studio is on the last level;

Apartament niewielki ale bardzo czysty, wyposażony w niezbędne rzeczy. Bardzo dobry kontakt z gospodarzem, szybko odpowiada na maile i pytania. Spokojna okolica i sąsiedzi, nic nie zakłócało pobytu (choć odgłosy ulicy słyszalne, jak to w mieście). Winda działa bez zarzutu. Blisko sklepy, restauracje, plaża. Bardzo pozytywnym zjawiskiem jest opieka mieszkańców nad stadkiem bezdomnych kotów
Trochę słabe ciśnienie wody ale na to chyba gospodarz nie ma wpływu
