The property was located in a great area right by restaurants and shops.

There were many flights of steep stairs without hand rails which were very dangerous carrying luggage up and down. The electric outlets by one of the beds didn’t work. The property advertised that a washer and dryer rack was available. The washer door opened while running twice. The washer was outside on the terrace and exposed to the elements. There was no dryer rack. There was difficulty with communication as to whether or not we could store luggage before checking in. It may have been because of Google translate from Spanish to English. We thought that, according to prior communication, that we could leave our luggage in a cleaning room. We left our luggage in the room and received communication that the room was not ready, check in was not until 3:00 pm, and we left the air conditioner on. Prior to this stay, we travelled to Vienna, Salzburg, Venice, Florence, and Porto. All of the hotels and airbnbs allowed us in early.

The location and the property aligned with its description

Due to the heavy rains earlier in the week when you entered the apartment building there was a strong smell from the drains. The smell was not evident in the apartment so it did not take away from the apartment. The host acknowledged the smell and was following up with the plumber to get it sorted. Great to see a proactive host.

Bruyant (rue passante et mauvaise isolation)

È un monolocale più che centrale, arredato con un certo gusto e nonostante le dimensioni ridotte è abbastanza ben pensato. Lo staff resta anonimo, ma responsivo e disponibile.

Mancano alcuni accorgimenti per renderlo una casa per davvero. La centralità, almeno nel periodo estivo, porta con sé una certa vivacità un po' rumorosa.
