Central location

Much rubbish around the area

La casa è spaziosa, moderna e ben rifinita. Dispone di tutti i comfort necessari

The location was excellent, within walking distance of supermarkets and no more than a 30-minute drive from many beautiful beaches. Parking was very convenient, and having both a dishwasher and a washing machine made our stay much more comfortable. The host was also very attentive, helpful, and responsive. A great base for exploring Sardinia!

The host was very attentive, helpful, and responsive throughout our stay. However, we experienced a few unexpected issues. On our first day, the shower drain became blocked with sand after returning from the beach, causing water to overflow into the apartment. This was resolved the following day. Later, we also had issues with the hot water and gas stove because the gas had run out. The host was again very helpful, but we feel these things could have been checked in advance. One other downside was the local rubbish collection system, which requires different types of waste to be put out on different days, meaning rubbish can accumulate inside the property. This is not the host’s fault, but it was inconvenient. Overall, we believe some of these issues were simply bad luck, while others could have been prevented with better checks before guests arrive.
