Downstairs Apartment: Features a full kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms.
Upstairs Home: Offers 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, a full kitchen, and a bright, open living area.
Highlights:
-Waterfront access with ample space to tie up your boat (boat lift available upon request; $20 per day fee. Damaged or tangled wires will result in charges to rewind)
-Enough space to park 1 boat trailer and 3 vehicles. *There is a preserve across the street, no parking allowed*
-Gulf access just minutes away – a boater's dream!
-Fully fenced backyard – great for kids and pets
-Pet-friendly property ($150 pet fee applies, 2 max)

This property was perfect for myself and husband, adult children, and aged parents because everyone had their own space and bathroom. Very clean and the kitchen is amazing, which is important to me due to food allergies. My son loved the industrial waffle maker, my daughter enjoyed the ping pong table, the neighborhood is safe, and the boating is superb. We even tried out the kayaks. I did have questions for the owner, who is very responsive and incredibly kind! If we are lucky enough to be able to come back to Bokeelia, this property is the only one I want to rent! You will not be disappointed.

This was an absolute absolute dream for two blended families to come together since every bedroom has its own newly remodeled bathroom! Kitchen was well stocked, and it was absolutely sparkly clean! Quick boat ride to so many great beaches and fishing.

The house is great for adults traveling for fishing. Each bedroom having a bathroom a huge plus. Modern kitchen. Be able to tie up the boat at the back of the house a huge win.
