This 2025 new construction home offers guest brand new accommodations as well top-notch condo complex amenities including community indoor pool, hot tub, gym, tennis courts, and a kids play area.
Consider renting our 3 other units in this building for your group retreat! The other units have the exact same layout but vary in sleeping arrangements: Heights Meadow Ridge, Wouters Cabernet Chalet, and Anchor Point Condo.

Amenity + damage protection waiver includes:
• Bed linens, pillows, blankets, and bathroom towels. (Please bring your own beach towels)
• A starter pack of essentials which includes toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap, and garbage bags. Due to septic systems, we do not provide facial tissue. One each of travel size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash per full bathroom.
• PEACE OF MIND Damage protection covers up to $1000 per stay for accidental damage that is reported prior to departure (excludes any pet damage).

Simple Life Rentals cannot guarantee that these features will be open and available during your stay. The outdoor pool is being repurposed and will no longer be available.

The close proximity to the indoor pool was awesome for the kids! I appreciated the quick response from the host any time we had a question. The location was also perfect for being able to go anywhere in Door County. The place was exceptionally clean and easy to get to. My husband and I stayed in the upper bedroom and our friends in the primary suite. I just wish our bed was a little more comfortable. Sound also travels with the vaulted ceiling so something to consider if you have kids and the adults want to hang out separate from the kids at night. It would have been useful to have TV's in the bedrooms so the kids could watch a movie while the parents were able to have conversations and play board games. Overall, I would recommend this as a great, convenient place to stay and having the pool was a huge plus for us staying in the fall and not knowing if we'd have rainy weather and be limited on the outdoor activities we'd be able to do that are weather dependent.

Our family just spent a long weekend at “La Dolce Vita”. The townhouse was beautiful and in a great location. Everything was perfect-very clean and well appointed. There was something we needed noted condition wise when we arrived and emailed the host. We received a very prompt response. Check in was easy and there was convenient parking and even a garage. We didn’t use the pool or tennis courts, but they looked nice and would be great for younger families. We will definitely stay again when we are back in the area. Thank you!
