Cottage Marieberg is located in the idyllic village of Unnaryd in southern Småland and combines historic charm with cosy comfort. This lovingly restored country house from 1909 is situated in a quiet residential area at the end of a cul-de-sac and offers the perfect setting for guests looking to experience authentic Sweden.
The owner lives next door and is happy to assist if needed, while guests still enjoy a private and separate holiday home.
With approximately 71 square metres of living space, Cottage Marieberg accommodates up to four guests. The main bedroom features a comfortable double bed (180 cm). A second room is equipped with a practical Murphy bed (140 cm), which can be folded away during the day to create additional space.
The cosy living room with fireplace creates a warm and inviting atmosphere, especially during cooler seasons.
The well-equipped kitchen provides everything needed for a comfortable stay and is connected to the dining area. The bright bathroom includes a shower and toilet.
Additional amenities include WiFi, a washing machine, an extra freezer and an additional washing machine located in the garage.
The location combines peaceful surroundings with convenient access to local amenities. The centre of Unnaryd is within walking distance and offers a supermarket, cafés, small shops, a pizzeria, fitness centre, padel hall and a sandy beach by the lake.
