In 1987, the Friesenhof was built at Sjüürenwai 20-20b in Norddorf on the popular North Sea island to provide you with an unforgettable vacation. Three houses frame the pond area—redesigned in 2012—just as a farmstead on Amrum must have truly looked in days gone by: enclosed by a wall of wild roses, trees, and lush greenery. Cobblestone paths connect the buildings. The thatched-roof houses of the Friesenhof were built in the original Frisian architectural style—stone upon stone—as solid, handcrafted structures. “Nature and comfort in harmony”—this has always been our philosophy, as VAMERA – Ferien am Meer practices a very special form of hospitality. The highest quality, our attention to detail, and a commitment to exclusivity are always at the heart of what we do. This is how we help ensure a wonderful vacation on the island of Amrum. In our large swimming and wellness area at the Friesenhof, you can treat your body and soul to some well-deserved relaxation: a Finnish sauna, a steam room, a large swimming pool, and a cozy relaxation room warmly invite you to unwind.
