An amazing hotel providing everything you need to enjoy Jaipur.

We liked everything thats why we stayed twice. Very large room with chairs also to sit, desk, warm water and large single beds with comfortable mattresses. It was quite and the staff kind and helpful. It was very clean too. The location is in bani park in a safe area near the train station with restaurants, small shops, great cafes in only a few minutes walk.

Friendly staff and lovely clean room- balcony was clean and had seating- food in the rooftop restaurant was excellent and the waiter vittu was extremely helpful and attentive- I would definitely stay here again

Perfect!

The room was clean, bright, spacious and comfortable. We also really appreciated the restaurant with the nice terrace. The overall services provided by the staff were excellent, they tried to satisfy our needs and wishes. We totally recommend this place!

Room size and cleanliness was good

The main door lock was in a bad state. Housekeeping service was bad. The food is not good. They need to improve upon it. Breakfast had just 2 or 3 options.

Very good hotel with good location and great staff to take care of you.

Very convenient location with great staff who look after you really well and address any issues promptly and with care. Their rooftop restaurant is also very good and they happily catered to our dietary requirements. The owner of this property takes great pride in providing a great experience for its guests and goes extra mile to look after them. Highly recommend this hotel.

In summary it was nice value for money.

Location was great with easy access to restaurants & easy access to city center. Even toilet near reception was pretty clean. Staff was working with smile. Mattresses were comfortable.

May be slippers can be good to have for indoor use. If traveling by car, be prepared to park outside as it has only 4 parkings.

Very good value for money

We really liked the very professional, friendly and helpful owners and staff, as per the comfortable, big, bright, renowned room with garden view balcony and the daily room cleaning with towels change with water/tea/coffee refill. We also loved enjoying the tasty breakfast at the rooftop terrace restaurant,in the sunny mornings.

In the hotel description on "Booking.com"they don't say the restaurant it's a VEGETARIAN ONLY and ALCOHOL IT'S FORBIDDEN in the hotel . I think it's a very important info not to be missed as it could be an issue, especially if booking for a week or longer stay on hb basis non refundable.

- there was no fridge - we ordered tea and dinner but they delayed serving the tea until the entire dinner order was ready, and found it very confusing. - the room did not match the picture, the pictures seem a bit edited to reflect better interiors.

Great value and friendly but a bit out of the centre so we needed a tuk tuk to get everywhere.

The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was tasty. The room was large and the beds were comfortable. We booked last minute and the price was very good value for money.

We loved the ambience of the hotel with its old world charm. The room was spacious and everything was very clean. The restaurant on the terrace served wholesome food and the staff was polite and efficient.

While check out ,Reception staff asked details of purchases made by us during our trip.He clicked photo of my google pay transaction history .His justification for this action was that the hotel wanted to make sure that their driver took us to standard shops.

The property is good but it needs improvement.

We booked a room named ROYAL DELUXE. On arrival on 29th at 2300 hrs. No drinking water, defective TV n set top box, electric kettle missing, no refrigerator as shown in the pictures. The check in time was 1200 hrs. All this was not done in 11 hours. Unprofessional attitude. Next day when asked to recoup the tea essentials, it was refused by the gentleman on reception duty. The WIFI expired next day and the set top box subscription also expired.

Nice hotel near to tourist places

Almost all the tourist places are located within 5–7 km of this hotel. The environment is very neat and clean, the rooms are spacious, and the rooftop restaurant gives positive vibes as you can enjoy your dinner in a relaxing atmosphere. The ambience is very attractive, offering a historical and traditional feel.

They have a very limited space for parking, as everytime you may need to be available in case your vehicle is blocking someone else's vehicle which feels hectic most of the time. However its manageable with the coordination of the staff.

Staff from the restaurant were very kind.

We were expecting more for this price. Phone in the room was not working, wifi signal was poor and intermittent, we book half board but you could not choose what to order (only thali for dinner, and only a poor selection for the breakfast). We asked for help to buy some trains to the staff at reception and he was rude and unhelpful.

Good place to stay for a night or two in Jaipur

Staff were helpful and friendly. Took our bags for us to our room. Wifi was good. Location isnt bad, a short ride in a tuk tuk to the sights in Jaipur. The food in the restaurant was fantastic. The best korma ive tasted in my life

The interior is a bit dated and could do with a refresh. The bed also wasn’t very comfortable
