Situated on the 3rd floor with no unit directly above, this comfortable retreat features a spacious, high-ceiling balcony with breathtaking mountain views.
Located in the Bow Building, with easy access to the resort pool, hot tub, and gym.
One complimentary heated underground parking + a large private parkade storage locker.
THE SPACE

- Open-concept layout connects the kitchen, dining and living areas.
- HUGE private balcony. Electric BBQ and patio dining set is available for your dining convenience.
- Regular drip coffee maker, complimentary coffee, coffee mate and sugar.
- In-suite Washer/Dryer with laundry detergent, plus iron and ironing board.
- Complimentary WIFI and cable TV.
- The living room sofa is also a pull-out queen bed.
- One booster highchair and one Pack N Play are always available in the unit, please bring your own sheets/bedding for your baby.

- Bedroom#1 – master bedroom with king bed, smart TV, electric fireplace, private full bathroom with separate shower and tub. Southwest facing.
- Bedroom#2 - queen bed with full bathroom. Southeast facing.
Every bedroom is equipped with portable heater, and fan for added comfort.
Each bathroom is stocked with hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body lotion.

- One Wellness & Spa - includes: sauna, steam room, relaxation lounge, fitness center, change rooms (available at additional personal cost).

- Private storage locker in the underground parking to store skis, boards, snowshoes, bikes, etc.

All instructions, access codes and detailed information will be sent to guest's Vrbo inbox (also copied to guest's email address on file) 3 days before arrival. Kindly review everything in advance so you won’t need to wait for a response about check-in details while in the parkade or outside the unit.
Guests can access the entire condo except for locked supply closet.

★ Please ensure that the email address on your VRBO account is up to date. A welcome email will be sent to you within 15 minutes after the booking is made.

★ Please note: Any building amenities are subject to availability & only open during buildings allowed times. Solara Resort (built in 2008) may occasionally undergo maintenance, which is out of your host's control and could result in minor inconvenience such as,
• Maintenance to elevators, water supply, pool, hot tub, parkade and gym often scheduled on short notice and beyond our control.
• By safety laws fire alarms are regularly tested. Notice is usually posted in the elevators.
★ A second heated underground parking space may be available through a personal contact for $10/night - half the public rate, subject to availability. Please contact the host in advance to check if it's available for your dates. Free street parking is available nearby along Kananaskis Way, but spots may be limited on weekends and during high season.
★ For your health and safety, we do not provide condiments that require refrigeration after opening (like mayo, ketchup, salad dressings, etc.). Feel free to bring your favorites along.
★ Park Pass Policy: Parks Canada strictly enforces pass-sharing regulations for short-term rentals, and using a non-transferable pass puts guests at risk of unexpected issues or fines with park officers. While you may see some hosts still advertising shared park passes, we choose to prioritize your peace of mind and total stay security by not offering them.

★ This condo is in the Solara condominium complex but is privately owned and managed by your host. It is not one of the units operated by the hotel manager.
★ Bear Spray: For safety and hygiene reasons, bear spray is not stocked in the unit. If you plan to hike, bear spray can easily be rented or purchased at local outdoor shops in town.
HOUSE RULES
★ Quiet Hours: 10 pm – 8 am.
★ No parties. No pets. No Smoking.
★ Please no food or drinks in the bedrooms. Enjoy them in the kitchen or dining area.
★ Please remove outdoor footwear indoors to protect the flooring. Your are welcome to bring indoor shoes or slippers.
★ Please avoid makeup or hair dye stains on any white towels, feel free to bring your own wipes/dark color towels if necessary.
★ Sporting equipment (e.g. skis, bikes) cannot be stored in unit nor balcony. Waxing is strictly prohibited.
★ Only use pool towels for pool and hot tub. Do not take bath towels out of the unit.
★ No unregistered guests allowed. Guests are not allowed to exceed the occupancy limit for the property.
★ We do NOT charge for minor accidental damages such as a wine glass or plate, however if anything breaks or spills, please let us know ASAP so we can fix/replace for following guests.
★ During your stay, we provide vacation style housekeeping so housekeeping will only clean our condo again after departure.
★ By booking this property, you agree to take responsibility for your own safety and the safety of your guests during your stay, and to use the premises and amenities with care. The hosts are not liable for any injuries, illnesses, damages, or losses that occur on the property.

We had a wonderful 2 day stay. The place was super clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Thank you to our hosts!! We 100% recommend!!

This was an excellent condo with the space and amenities to make our stay comfortable and convenient for a family of four. The host was thorough in providing communication throughout the process and the unit was stocked better than almost any rental we have ever had around the world. The location in Canmore is perfect for getting quickly into the National Park, while also providing a modern spot to stay and avoid some of the crowds in the town of Banff itself. One note on the property... The condo is part of an extensive building of units, and acts more like a hotel. The walls aren't the thickest, and there was considerable noise from the circle outside and the units surrounding. While it did not disrupt our stay, I think it is important to note this if you are looking for something a bit more private, quiet or secluded.
