Unit 1 is a garden level unit accessed by going down a set of stairs at the back of the building. Once inside, the unit is entirely on one level with no additional stairs. Unit 2 requires a few steps to access the front door and has an interior staircase connecting all four floors.

Our home is in the best location in Savannah to experience all the area has to offer. Just blocks from all of the best restaurants and local businesses, whether youโ€™re in town to dine, shop, or explore, this location puts the entire city at your fingertips.



All guests after booking will receive a list of recommendations including locals favorite spots, restaurants, and activities. We will provide detailed information and guides on the surrounding area to enhance your overall experience.



Getting Around:

Our home is located in central Savannah which makes it easy to get around. We are within walking distance to River St (7-9 minute walk) and other area landmarks. Uber/Lyft is also a convenient way to get around, and Savannah is a bike-friendly city with plenty of rental outlets. We are located about 20 minutes away from the airport by car.

HOUSE DISCLOSURES

โ€“We try our best to accommodate early check-ins, but we want to ensure the entirety of the spacious estate is clean and prepared for arrival. We can often accommodate early bag drop for your convenience. Please inquire if this is of interest to your group.

โ€“The hot tub is open for year-round use, but does have scheduled maintenance. We will do our best to inform guests of pool and hot tub maintenance anytime this needs to occur and keep it as short as possible to maximize your use and enjoyment.
