The property is quite nice and ideally located. However, the communication with Novotel the property manager was non-existent before check in. I was traveling from abroad directly to this property and with the extreme heat that was forecasted I needed information as to whether there were fans available or not and other questions. Once the owners (I assume not part of Novotel) sent me a direct message the day of check-in, the communication with them was excellent and they were very helpful.
