Located on the Pointe de Kervers in Arzon, this house for 5 people is ideal for an escape to the heart of the Gulf of Morbihan. Just 3 km from the beaches and the port, it offers the perfect setting to enjoy hiking trails and discover the Anse de Kervers, from where you can set off towards the Île aux Moines. After a day of exploration, relax on the terrace and extend the evening with a barbecue meal. Between marine landscapes, preserved nature and Breton heritage, this house is an ideal starting point for a rejuvenating stay.
Enter through the entrance door and let yourself be seduced by a beautiful living space open to the terrace. The modern and fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher) offers you everything you need to cook with ease. For your breakfasts, a kettle, a toaster and a Senseo coffee maker are at your disposal. Share your meals around the dining table that can accommodate up to 5 guests. The living room, with its comfortable sofa and armchairs, is the ideal place to get together with family or friends. A bathroom with WC completes the ground floor.
The night area is located upstairs and includes two bedrooms. The first is a large bedroom equipped with a double bed (140x190 cm) and a desk. The second, perfect for children, has two single beds and a trundle bed (90x190 cm). An independent toilet is also located on this floor.
For more comfort, a shared washing machine with the three other houses in the residence is at your disposal.
You also benefit from a private parking space in the courtyard of the accommodation.
