About this apartment rental
Stay comfortably in this stunning guest house. The loft in Castle Rock is in a country setting yet less than 5min from the freeway. Featuring a superb king bed for a restful night's sleep. With WiFi, AC, and heating, guests will have everything they need. The beautiful custom kitchen and bathroom will help you Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Castle Rock and what our guesthouse has to offer.
The Loft is just a little over 1,000sq. ft. This guest house is attached to our shop with a separate and private entry. Located approximately 40ft from our home.
Feel free to park in front of any spots in front of the shop. There is also a large circle driveway so lots of room for parking or if towing anything.
There is a lighted covered porch that wraps around to the left you will find the front door entry into The Loft.

I/WE HEREBY RELEASE, WAIVE, COVENANT NOT TO SUE AND DISCHARGE, owners of listed property, Daniel & Staci Cokley the owners and lessees of this property at The Loft in Castle Rock, and from all liability, loss claims and demands that may accrue from any loss, damage or injury, property, including death to my persons including children or other arising from visiting and staying at this property. so voluntarily and in reliance upon my own judgement and ability, I hereby assume all risk for loss, damage, or injury including death to myself and my guest and family staying at this property from any cause whatsoever. I hereby agree to conform to and comply with rules governing my contract to stay at property as a guest.
In signing contract to visit and stay at our property through VRBO you agree to the release waiver I/We have entered in our rental The Loft in Castle Rock and property here.

The Loft was AMAZING! Beautifullly decorated, and extremely clean. Had everything needed for a nights stay!

Very clean, spacious and comfortable. The stairs to the loft is a bit steep and the bathroom is downstairs but I would still stay here again.
