With convenient proximity to the hospital, shops and amenities, as well as a beautiful park across the street, our cozy home offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a washer and dryer for your convenience. Each room also has a dedicated workspace. Book now for a serene country escape in the heart of town, with easy access to city attractions, and outdoor activities like golfing, rock crawling, fishing,hiking and so much more!
No additional guests allowed without host approval.
No Smoking in the house. An extra fee of $500 will be charged.
No illegal drugs allowed.
No rearranging of furniture. An extra fee of $300 will be charged

Air conditioner thermostat control on first floor did not work. The only control was upstairs which was unbearably loud so we had to turn it off for the night so we could sleep. During night it became uncomfortably warm.

Clean, but the outside trash cans were not emptied from the last guests. Also, while the interior is cute, the decks and steps need renovation.
