We strive to provide an allergy-friendly environment, so we appreciate your help in keeping the air fresh and clean for everyone!
🚫No pets, except for legally recognized service animals.
🚭No smoking of any kind (including cigars, vapes, or other smokable products) inside the home or yard. Smoking is permitted at the curb/street, but please dispose of cigarette butts properly.
❌No scented candles, chemical sprays (like Febreze), or plug-in air fresheners. If using fragrance sprays, please step outside, as they can linger on fabrics. (Hairspray is fine indoors.)
✅Essential oils are welcome, but please avoid Young Living brand due to strong scents.
🫧Laundry products: Please use only the detergent provided. No Gain detergent or booster products.
➡️Shoes off indoors to help keep the space fresh and clean.

Help us conserve energy while staying comfortable!
❄️Winter: Max heat setting of 72°F.
☀️Summer: AC set no lower than 75°F during the day, 72°F at night.
➡️If you prefer settings outside this range, please note a $20/night rate adjustment applies.

🚫No parties or events: Our home is for relaxation, business travelers, and families.
🙋🏼‍♀️Be considerate of neighbors—even if you have to fake it (we all do sometimes!).
🚯Keep food messes to a minimum: Please enjoy meals over a plate at the table and clean up after yourself.
🏡Treat the home with the same care and respect you would in a dear friend’s home.

📌REPORT ANY DAMAGES
➡️If something gets broken or damaged, please notify us immediately to ensure safety for future guests. There are no extra charges for honest accidents.
➡️Tidy up after yourself, if you make a mess, please clean up what you can.
