🛋️ Living Room – Two windows overlooking the street, a sofa with chaise lounge, coffee table, and large Smart TV with TNT & Netflix. High-speed fiber Wi-Fi.
🍽️ Dining Area – Table with 4 chairs.
👩🍳 Fully Equipped Kitchen – Large fridge-freezer, microwave & mini oven, induction cooktop. Includes dishes, cookware, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker & Nespresso machine.
💧 Tap water is drinkable.
❤ Essentials provided: oil, vinegar, salt & pepper, tea, herbal infusions, and sugar.
🛏️ Open Bedroom (14m²) – Window facing the inner courtyard (quiet), 160x200cm bed, new bedding (mattress, duvet & pillows), closet with hanging space.
🚿 Bathroom – Window, walk-in shower, thermostatic mixer, mirror, towel warmer, hairdryer, WC, and washing machine.
❤ Clean bed linen, towels, bath mat & tea towel provided. Mattress and pillow protectors are replaced after each stay.
