A comfortable cottage in the countryside This detached, single-story house, located on a large enclosed plot of 5,000 m², welcomes you year-round for a peaceful stay. The cottage includes: - A bright living room with a fully equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, combination oven, induction hob, microwave, washing machine), a dining area, and a living room with a sofa bed (140 cm) and TV - A separate bedroom (140 cm bed) - A bathroom with a walk-in shower - Separate toilet - 5G router (fiber optic currently being connected) - Air conditioning in the living room and heating in the bedroom Outside: - A shaded covered terrace with garden furniture, a barbecue, a hammock, and lounge chairs under the mulberry and plane trees - A large trampoline and swing are available - A peaceful environment shared with the owners, their cat, their dog, their chickens (and their fresh eggs!), and a few sheep. Your private space around the cottage is not restricted. Services included - Bed, bath, and table linens provided - Baby equipment available upon request - Heating package (additional charge from October to April) - Two adult bikes (one electric) and one teen bike are available for exploring the surrounding area.
