Additional interior perks include garage parking, fitness center access, board games, sizable bathrooms, and a private washer/dryer. We kindly ask our guests to note that our community does not permit commercial vehicles on the premises. We kindly request that guests have a personal vehicle rather than a commercial one during their stay. Thank you for your understanding!

The community charges a $175 flat fee per reservation for use of the amenities. This fee is charged as part of your reservation at the time of booking.
Streaming only with guest’s own account. The unit is not equipped with cable.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Security camera details: Camera located next to the front door.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The house smelled amazing! The temperature was comfortable and the furnishings accommodated all of us. There’s a nice patio, table, and grill out back that we weren’t expecting. Overall, it was a great rental. Thanks for everything!
