All guests shall abide by The Good Neighbor Policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We loved this space so much! The decor was gorgeous and the space had everything we needed for the week. We have a 4 yr old and 7 yr old and they loved the second bedroom. Also loved that the room had all the beach necessities and we didn’t have to travel with them!

My fiancé and I just finished our week at the beach! The condo we rented was perfectly accommodating- complete with toiletries, hairdryer, plenty of towels and linens- all the comforts of home including fully stocked kitchen wares (even an air fryer). We didn’t cook (too many restaurants to try!) but everything needed was there. Even a closet with beach chairs etc… The bikes we rented were used only once, as the boardwalk to COCOS was a nice walk (or you could catch a ride on one of the carts.) Looking forward to next year!
