About this apartment rental
Enjoy a stylish experience. Two-room suite with a bedroom, sitting room, and a full private bath. Accommodate up to 4 adults. There is a private entrance to the suite. King bed, walk-in closet, and a dresser, side tables, ceiling fan w/ light, and a stand-alone airfilter. Sitting room has a queen Murphy bed, coffee and wine bar with microwave, mini refrigerator, coffee maker (coffee and tea supplied), and dishes, utensils. Bathroom is Jack and Jill style w/ 2 separate vanities and standing shower.
The space
The listing is a private 2 bedroom suite with coffee bar. There is no shared space or facilities with the main house. No smoking permitted inside.
Guest access
The listing has a private entrance with an electronic lock system. The guest will be provided their own code to use during their stay.

As you arrive, we ask that you tread carefully when entering, especially at night or in wet conditions, to avoid any trips or slips. Watch your footing on the concrete steps, and feel free to reach out if you need assistance—we want your stay to start off on the right foot!

This is a new build home in an older neighborhood. The attached casita space is not a shared space.

Incase you have allergies, we do have two dogs and an African Grey parrot. We keep the pets out of the guest rooms.
During your stay
My wife or I will generally be available, and will be happy to assist our guests in any way we can.
Other things to note
Our check in times are 3:00 to 10:00 pm.
We can be flexible about earlier or later check in times with advanced notice; however for check-ins after 12:00
midnight we ask for an additional $25.00 late check in fee.
The suite is not available for parties or other group events.
Our home is about 15 minutes from the Albuquerque Sunport by car, 10 minutes from Old Town, and 10 minutes from the Balloon Park. We are well located for day trips to Santa Fe, Bandelier National Park, Acoma, and many other natural and historic sites in New Mexico.

The location was great and met our needs for a night’s stay on a long road trip from Oregon to Texas. The bed was the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on. The space is definitely private and we enjoyed our stay.

Great, restful stay for overnight trip to Albuquerque. Location was ideal & centrally located to food & shopping. All amenities we needed were available. Just a note, “Work in Progress”, is a side attachment to the main house. Occasionally, you can hear sounds from animals next door. If one doesn’t mind that, this is a welcoming, beautiful place to stay. Host is very helpful & accommodating to make your visit enjoyable. Have another trip to Albuquerque planned in two weeks & already have my trip booked here at “Work in Progress”.

Exceptional! Pictures do not do it justice. 12 foot ceilings, heated bathroom floor, walk in shower, very comfortable king bed, beautiful decor, toys, equipment and books for children. Well set up for morning coffee:)
